Stasher worked great! We checked out of our Air BnB in the morning to go into London before taking the train out of town. We dropped our bags near the train station, spent the day in the city, the picked them up before boarding the train.

Very comfortable. It's a hotel where they store your luggage.

It was easy to use, pick up and drop off our bags. By using the service we were able to enjoy our free time between check out and our flight without worrying about luggage. Additionally, the hotel kept it safe in a locked area and made sure that people only walked away with their own possessions.

Leonidas was very easy to find and within a very short walking distance of the train station in Brighton. The staff were very polite and efficient as well so I will 100% use them again!

Easy to book. I went to the wrong Premier Inn at first but they directed me to the correct one. Very helpful staff. Took about 2 mins to drop off and even less to collect. Highly recommended.

Service worked as advertised. Employees were friendly and informative, being sure we knew what time they closed before we left our bags. Pick up was a breeze. The only criticism is this location is very compact and full so our bags were left in plain view and reach of anyone in the store, but we never felt that they were unattended.

The best if you have to store your luggage a few hours before leaving for your trip.

I didn't actually got to the location, I had to cancel due to some travel changes, but they were very quick and polite in responding and gave me a full refund, no problem.

Needed to leave my luggage somewhere before getting to the airport, and i did not want to go back to the hotel. So after looking to find something (the places in the train station are not always guaranteed since there are only a few luggage storage for so many travelers, i came across #Stasher. Greta way to solve my little problem that made a difference to the rest of my day. The in-store experience was also good; the lady checked my email payment confirmation, tagged the luggage and gave me my tag number (to get the luggage back). The only thing that i would say (and not related to safety, the luggage was perfectly fine); i was expecting them to have a specific place somewhere in the shop, like luggage storage boxes or something like that; instead they just put them behind the counter. That is the only thing i was not expecting. But still the 5 stars are worth it.
