no problem

Way easier than I expected. I filled out the online form with payment about an hour before we arrived, and only had to tell the hotel clerk that we had a Stasher reservation. He gave us Stasher branded zip ties for the bags, and that was it! When we came back we were slightly out of the time period we indicated on the website, but still within the 24 hour payment period, and all I had to do was show them my tags. The whole process was easier than writing this review! The best part was not having to lug extra bags all over London and we didn't have to worry about museums, etc. Would recommend!

Everything worked perfectly :) I dropped my things off and could pick it up again without any problems or complications. I was a bit paranoid but I think as long as you lock your suitcase, it's fine!

It's a bit weird leaving a suitcase in a shop. But the service was good. Would use it again! It was great to leave the suitcase and go out without it.

The storage location is near VICTORIA station, and the price is reasonable.
