Did what it promised. Staff friendly accommodating and helpful with directions

It was easy to reserve through the app. Luggage storage at hotel with central location, everything was fine.

practical and economical service

excellent service, felt that our bags were very safe.

👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻

Ease of delivery and pickup

Shakespare Hotel is very close to the Paddington Station and/or Underground. The service is easy to book and not pricey (compare to the storage at the station). It is reliable and convienient. I will use the service again in the futire.

So easy to use and much cheaper than left luggage at train stations. Will be using this again for sure.

Very nice person assisted us. Convenient place to store luggage.

polite & quick

I have left a bag in DHL office in the center of Milan (close to Castello Sforzesco). The procedure was simple and easy, as they are obviously accustomed to providing this service. I got a card with a number for my suitcase to present when picking it up (which as well went swiftly). My baggage was in a condition in which I left it.

We needed a place to stash our bags for the day, as we had checked out of our AirB&B but had a few hours before checking into our next place. It was really easy to book online. The first place we booked turned out to be unavailable, so Stasher gave us a discount on the booking at the second place. We just walked into the Stashpoint, and they were expecting us. They tagged our bags and locked them up in a secure room.

Quick and easy to set up the luggage storage. The location was convenient and the person at the store was friendly.

Very easy and safe

Perfect!!!

Great service - easy to us, saved so much time

Very punctual and efficient

It is really convenient for the travellers! 2 thumbs up!

Super easy and convenient. Felt safe leaving my bag over Easter long weekend while I was out of town, and it was sooooo much cheaper than any of the alternatives at the stations or airports. The ibis Kingsgate is right around the corner from Southern Cross Station where you can connect to the airport by bus, it was again so easy to just drop my bags by for a few hours between check out and my flight. Love love love, would definitely use again!

Made my holiday so much easier, stashing suitcase so I could get straight to beach! Great idea.
