Stasher Luggage Storage Reviews

Everything was OK.

I've made a mistake in booking and Stasher team was very nice and helped me to solve it easily. The guys at Shakespeare Hotel too where I stashed 3 bags were very nice and helpful. Thanks, Dalia

Very easy process to book and pay online, then just drop the cases off at the shop. Much cheaper than other left luggage in London. Also responded very quickly to an emailed question.

Quick and easy

Simple and quick processing

Reliable, a practical solution, good location, and attentive service.

Never used this service before but it was great. Simple, secure and price was good. Friendly staff as well

Luggage storage at Shakespeare hotel was easy to book, easy to find, convenient for Paddington Station , with no complications and friendly, efficient staff. Would recommend.

Everything is okay

Want to leave a heavy bag while spending the day in London. This was a Very easy process. Would definitely use again.

The service was very quick and professional, they even kindly offered we could use their lobby restroom. Highly recommend!

Used Stasher twice in one weekend at the Premier Inn Hotel location in London. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and the bags were stored in a separate room. Easy payment by credit card. I would definitely use this service again.

Very good, efficient, and friendly. Cheaper than any others I'd found. Would do it again.

Friendly, reliable service, all good!

They just kept our suitcases in a back room until we came to collect them. Meant we could travel around London without carrying luggage everywhere. Very helpful, staff of the shop were friendly, and Victoria Coach/Train station is basically over the road from it. Would use again!

Such a helpful service. This location was not far from the station, I left my bag, they gave me a tag, I picked it up hours later after exploring the city luggage-free - it was great!

Very easy to book online and able to find a store that was close to my desired location. We needed to use this as we were checking out of an Airbnb apartment early in the morning but didn’t leave London til late so wanted to leave our luggage somewhere handy for the day near a tube station

Easy to book and helpful shop staff - great for visiting The Shard!

we paid for luggage storage for five days, the hotel stuff were we choose to put the luggage told us they can't accept luggage storage for more than one day, finally the manager let us to put the luggage for this time, but she said no next time. we wish Stasher could make a more clear standard，thank you！

All as promised
