Stasher Luggage Storage Reviews

everything went smoothly and the young lady who helped me at the desk was very nice.

Super work

You can leave safely your luggage there and enjoy a stroll through the city. Service close at 6pm as most of the shops in the city.

good swift service

Although we had an issue with the location we stashed at, customer service worked quickly to fix the issue and refunded us for the day, plus paid for the difference in our train ticket costs because we missed the original train.

Really handy, easy and good value.

It was so easy to book my bags in and drop them off at the hotel. The lady knew what I was coming for and was very quick in getting me all sorted. Even wanted to help me get around town!

Friendly, safe, just as promised. We needed to stash our luggage for a few hours. Easy.

Easy to use

Great customer service I will definitely go again if the need arise.

Perfect. Left our luggage in 5 mins, picked up in 2 mins. Great place. Very professional.

reliable and efficient service for a first experience

We had 4 hours in Edinburgh with 5 large bags to cart around and the left luggage at Waverley Station was really expensive. I found the online booking process and instructions very easy and clear to follow. The store was handy for Haymarket station, trams and buses and the staff were really helpful and polite.

Easy to book, drop off and pick-up. What more could you want?

kind, efficient, and attentive.

We arrived from Oz after 32 hours a d needed somewhere to stash our bags before we could check in our accommodation. The guys at Krystals were quick, efficient in taking our bags in and picking them up. Would definitely do it again

Great service :)

Great experience! Straight forward drop off and pick up. The couple who took care of my bags were incredibly helpful and sweet.

I will use again.

Great alternative to paying twice the Stasher fee inside Euston station. Used the Premier Inn - 2 mins walk accross Euston Rd - staff helpful and would definitely use again.
