Very easy to book and was able to drop a bag off to go watch a football game then picked up straight after. Good communication and effortless drop off and pick up. Will be using again in the future
Platform was user friendly. Time intervals are good for anticipating workload, but I was nervous about arriving earlier. However it was good to realise later that there is flexibility.

So easy to use, showed them our booking email, they asked us to take a picture of our bags and then took them to their locked room. Collection just as easy showed them the photo of our bags and they went to get them for us. Very convenient and a good price.
