I've used the app a few times and felt comfortable with both the Stashpoints and the app. I did find some frustration at not being able to book ahead (i.e. when the shop is closed).

I'm new to using Stasher and thought it would be a fiddle to use instead of just handing my bag over at reception. However, I scanned the QR and in less than a minute my bag and laptop was safely stashed. Very quick, easy, and reassuring. I felt more confident to leave my items in the locker that only I could access. Great idea. I'll look for a Stasher locker next time I travel. Thank you!
