Extremely efficient service. Good value for money and great service.

Booking a spot for our suitcase was quick, easy and affordable. A big plus was the close proximity to Euston station... a painless 5-minute walk.

First time user; Fantastic service! Very pleasant, professional and accommodating gentleman at the hotel desk! He made us feel welcome to freshen up. We followed him through two secure doors for the stashing place and gave pickup ticket. We felt very comfortable about leaving our baggage. Would use Stasher again! And, though we didn’t stay there, appreciated the hospitality at Hub Premier at Hopkins Road in Soho, London.

The people here were so friendly and gave some insight into living in Cardiff, I’m hoping to make the move soon so this was helpful! My bag was stored well and was easy to retrieve :) thanks!

Easy to book with many locations to choose from.

Visited Cordoba on our way from Seville to Malaga. Needed somewhere to leave our luggage and booked storage with Stasher. The location was Passada de Vallina, a hotel right next to the cathedral. Excellent location and very efficient staff. Very pleased with this service.

I recently used Stasher to store my luggage at Singapore Changi Airport. There was some initial confusion about how the booking days were calculated, which wasn’t clear on the website. When I reached out to customer service, they listened to my concerns and provided me with a fair solution. I have since received my partial refund, and I really appreciate how they handled the situation. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, but what matters most is how a company responds - and Stasher resolved things with professionalism and fairness.
