Such an easy process & super affordable

A good experience - main issue is that although hotel is open and desk is staffed, Stasher hours are only from 7am so can’t book on app before then.

Fairly handy location and easy process to drop off bag and collect again later.

Ideal location for bag drop when visiting Versailles by train. All worked fine - Hotel staff expecting us and process worked exactly as communicated. Price ok for peace of mind.

Easy to use. We'd have preferred to book via the laptop but couldn't scroll to the bottom of a pop-up (it was off the screen) so couldn't progress the booking. However, we did manage to do it on a mobile phone, and only had a couple of tetchy moments while doing it.

Everything went well.

First time we have used this platform and would use it again. Made life much easier on our last day in Edinburgh, no more trudging around the streets with a suitcase in the time between checking out and travelling home. The platform was really easy to use, such a simple but great idea!

Easy to use the app and to bring in and get back the luggage. The reception is friendly and knows STASHER well. Google maps gives wrong location, STASHER is not located in the supermarket Morrison as Google says, but in the Primier Inn near by.
