Excellent service. In contrast to the behavior of Trenitalia's service (or whatever the operator on their part... Unmotivated and inflexible. Actually, not at all). This was the first time I used this type of service. I was also a bit skeptical. We resolved everything online and in 2 minutes we were at the deposit point. Practically in front of the station. The guy served us within 5 minutes. This way we could enjoy another 3 hours of our trip around Rome. Very kind staff. Congratulations.
