Easy to use although would like detail of address before booking
The drop off took a bit of finding as it's inside a food precinct but after that it was a quick, efficient and friendly service. The bags are taken to secure storage, we were given a ticket for collection and there were no problems collecting them. We took a photo before leaving the bags. Would definitely recommend.
It is a bit weird you cannot modify your own booking, but the support reacts quickly, so I had no problem with them
