The fellow was very nice and helpful.

We used this service in Bournemouth; it's housed in the Premier Inn. A lovely, helpful young man was at the front desk.

Good value. We initially booked for two 'small' bags and when my daughter mentioned a small case, I had to cancel and re-book elsewhere. Got a credit immediately and only cost £2 extra at the new location- which was fair. The only problem we had was when looking for the shop to collect our bags, the app had both the cancelled booking and the one we actually used! Good service all in all.

We needed somewhere to put our suitcases as our hotel was not close to where we would be departing from and we still wanted to explore before our journey back home in the early afternoon. Service was quick and we were even allowed to store a crutch. Will use again.

Great facility. Close to Goodge Street Station and a short walk back to Euston. Friendly staff and luggage secured safely. Booked the night before and they were expecting our bags. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
