Very easy to find. Short wait to hand in our cases as the 2 reception staff were dealing with hotel customers. Cases put in a locked room behind reception. On our return, the hotel was quieter, so we were able to retrieve our cases immediately. Very friendly staff who offered assistance to carry them down the stairs.

We had a great experience at the Kabannas Liverpool location- we came by very early in the day and got a friendly greeting and prompt service. They also could provide us with the coffee that we needed! Pickup was hassle-free.
