It was very good and easy to use! I needed to cancel a booking that was made by mistake, and cancellation via the platform was not possible (despite it saying otherwise on the website), but customer service did it for me!

I was traveling with 8 ladies and we had 14 pieces of luggage. The staff at the Premier Inn was very helpful and helped me take all of the bags into the hotel for the day. I then went and met the rest of my group at the RSC for a tour, play and dinner, before returning to the Hotel to retrieve our bags and head back to London. This was a very helpful and useful, stress free service. That made the day run smoothly...

This was a new thing for me, as I had never booked a place to leave my bags unless staying in a hotel. It was easy to book and easy to get the codes to present to the hotel.

I'm so excited!!! There is a Stasher located near Broadway in Nashville. I didn't see it earlier. This will be perfect for our free day downtown before our evening flight!!! Such a convenient service since hotels usually require checkout by 11.

This service is so convenient!!! We were able to enjoy the seaport and harbor all day before our evening flight without having to haul our luggage all over the place. I’d love to find one in Nashville in the same area as Broadway for our next adventure. Right now I only see one and it’s a little too far away for us.
