First stash location was closed. It was quick and easy to find a new location with Stasher online chat.

So convenient, we had 3 cabin sized cases and still had about 6 hours left to do before catching our train so really needed somewhere to put our cases. I don't like just leaving our belongings in a room where anyone can access so this was great to have. I was surprised they were free to be honest. My only negatives would be that 1 locker should fit 2 cabin sized bags as it would make sense for couples traveling but I now understand this was just a test scheme and it makes sense now seeing there's going to be a rental fee. There could also be some larger lockers for bigger cases. Overall it's a great idea and to be fair if it was around the £5 mark for all day I wouldn't hesitate to pay it.

Was very useful! Though, I didn't know that while cancelling an order I could get 100% refund only by getting a "gift card" to use in the next Stasher ordering. And I had already booked a better option for me and after that cancelled the first one so it was a bit sad but yeah. Probably if I had read the terms better, I would have known about this. As a digital platform, it would be nice if there was an option to edit the order more smoothly after placing the order, for instance: the place and time when you drop off/pick up the luggage would be nice to be able to change if needed.

Very convenient as it is next to the train station. The suitcases and bags are tagged and a receipt is given to us. It is important to identify where the luggage is placed in order to retrieve it more quickly.
