This was my second attempt to leave my bag, as the first one did not work. The solution was found relatively quick, with no additional costs to me and the new stashpoint was nearby and very good.

We visited the Tower of London and needed somewhere to store our cases for the day so we could roam free until our travel back home later in the day. Using the website to book ahead was really easy and it gave us directions to the drop off location. It was a really smooth experience and we felt comfortable leaving our luggage in a network of established hotels that are familiar and trusted. Excellent idea and so close to where we wanted to be. Very convenient and friendly service.
