What a fantastic and needed service they facilitate. Lovely staff were very friendly to deal with and everything went so smoothly.

The colleague who met us was very welcoming and really nice after a long walk. Also, when we picked up the luggage both times the service was fast, efficient and friendly—excellent customer service.

I booked a luggage hold for a few hours in advance. It went very smoothly. I was in and out in five minutes or less. The same goes for the pickup — I was in and out in no time. Good central location; the clerk seemed to know how to work with me and Stasher norms.

Great - Very friendly staff

I liked how easy it was to use the booking system and that I didn’t have to pay to extend my booking. However, I don’t like that there are only two locker sizes. There should be three: small, medium and large, not just medium and large.

Efficient and friendly

Easy to use! The service allowed me to stash a big suitcase for a side trip that I only needed a carry-on for. Then, for my return flight, I picked up the big suitcase and voila!
