Easy to find and book a location. In this case the opening times of the location were incorrect and unsuitable for me, which I only found out after booking. However, the ease and speed of customer services in rectifying the issue was fantastic. I was able to re-book for free with no questions asked, meaning I was able to continue with my plans without interruption. A great first experience and I will definitely use again.
