Easy given ticket. Asked to pick own luggage but did check the ticket before releasing cases - overall really easy and lovely staff.

Easy to find and store our suitcases. Showed the stasher ID and the rest was taken care of. We did not get a receipt but that was not necessary.

The platform is easy to use and the service was absolutely necessary for us, as the apartment we rented didn’t offer to keep our luggage for a few hours on the day of our departure.
