Easy to use, good value

The Stasher app was easy to download onto my phone and I found it very simple to find a selection of Stashpoints to choose from. The whole booking process took less than a couple of minutes.

Very friendly and helpful

Booked through a travel agent so it was easy to sort. Easy to drop off luggage and I was given a ticket to collect it. Low cost, which offered great value for money. The only negative was that stairs were needed to access the storage area — not great with a larger suitcase.

Second or third time using Stasher, and it's my go-to for bag drop.

Such a convenient and easy to use app as well as website. Stasher has a lot of locations around Madrid and we were able to quickly locate a drop off and pick up location. Very close to our Airbnb. I’ll definitely use stash for the next time I travel.
