Easy to book and to leave the bags

I’d never heard of it but was instructed to get online and reserve. It was much easier than I imagined - just a minute and I had the necessary reservation code.

First time used the service and was really impressed. Easy to find, only 200 yards from Euston which was perfect for us. Staff are really friendly for both drop off and collection. Great that stayed open late. Will recommend and definitely use again.

Good, cheap, and easy system. Perfect when you just want to have the last experiences before your flight and don't want to drag your suitcase around. So the idea, the app, and the payment are brilliant and worked flawlessly, but the storage part was a bit careless.

Easy to use

First time using this website, would recommend as easy to use, however you don’t find out where you are taking your luggage till after you have paid which was a concern in case it was miles away… it wasn’t but as a first time user i didn’t know how many sites there was.

Easy to use location just wheeled my case into reception and staff took over, case stashed.

I was frankly a little nervous to try this but it could not have been easier. We brought our bag to the front desk at the hotel and it was just like when you were ask them to hold your bags after you check out of a hotel. They gave us a little claim check and took the bag to a back room. Pickup after our concert was easy and fast. I’ll use this again.

It was quick and easy to use, when I need to find a nearby place to keep my bag that was too big for the venue I was attending. You can see several nearby options, with user ratings, that you can choose from. Very handy.

Great service. App needs some tweaks. It wouldn’t let me book 2 bags I had to do two separate bookings. And I couldn’t write a review until I deleted the app off my phone so it could take me to the website. Needs a bit more info about the check in slot on the FAQ. I booked my luggage early but then I thought I only had a 30min window to drop off. It wouldn’t let me change drop off times. More info would be great. Seems obvious but more info for busy times like check in at 3pm or check out 10am if you need to collect your luggage in a hurry!
