The person was extremely kind and attentive. Unfortunately, we had already checked out of the accommodation where we were staying and there were still many hours before our bus departed. In addition, we were carrying two large bags with all the things we had bought during our stay, so we had to resort to this service. Everything was perfect: we had no problems, and when we returned to pick up our belongings they were exactly as we had left them, in perfect condition and completely secure. I recommend it without any doubt.
