In a matter of hours I went from never having heard of Stasher to finding out about this service, making a same-day booking & having a completely satisfactory first experience - really impressive. Hard to believe I'd never seen any publicity & I wish I had, as in the past I've looked for short-term luggage storage options near mainline London stations but abandoned any plans to use them due to the huge cost. It was still relatively expensive as I had to pay the 24-hour rate just to leave 1 bag for 3 hours, but this was nevertheless over 30% cheaper than the station options; I realise that most people would leave items for longer periods & being free of my bag meant I could make the most of a few hours' break between trains. Of course I was slightly apprehensive initially but it all worked perfectly & the system was so simple & easy to use so I'm definitely a fan now & will be using the service again & spreading the word.
