Super simple to use, and pretty easy to work out the location based on the map. Above all, a great price! On a final note, when fearing a late arrival after 11 pm, the support team was very helpful. On a final note, the cost far lower than the traditional storage options.

We are currently traveling all over Europe with our 3 yr old. It's difficult to travel with a stroller & 3 bags to tour one of our layover stops. This is my first time using this service and I'm glad we decided to overcome our hesitation/fear of leaving our luggage at some hotel we weren't even checking in to. The check in process was super easy & I did feel a bit better about leaving our things at a popular hotel vs at a random locker.
