Uncomplicated booking, everything worked perfectly

My husband and I were a little nervous to use this service for the first time in a city new to us, but the staff at the Borough allayed our concerns from the moment their smiles greeted us. They knew right away we were there for the Stasher reservation and made checking in and out a breeze. The app was easy to use to make the booking and show the reservation details to the staff. Thank you to Stasher and the Borough for making it possible for us to see Lancaster without having to tote our luggage!

The shop is the Bike Rental shop twenty yards down the street as you turn from the more major road to the station. Very convenient for taking the train!

Easier than ever to stash your luggage. Safely and easily. The price is very good too.

The website and app are really easy to search for places where you can store your bag. The booking process is easy and I'm glad they show you the photo of the front of the place so you can easily find it. Once I booked I did have to alter the drop-off time, so I had to request a refund and rebook, but it was easy to do.

We were recommended stasher by one of your employees on our way to London on the train. When we arrived we jumped straight on and found a location a short walk from our hotel as reception was not able to hold our luggage. Easy experience, quick process and great value. We would have been stuck without it and would have missed out on half a day in London waiting for check in. Highly recommend.

So easy dropped off. Did what I needed without hauling bags around. Pick up then jumped on train to next place.
