Process was quick and easy and staff very friendly and efficient. Perfect location for storing our luggage for a Eurostar train trip to Paris for one day and night. Packed a day bag and left larger luggage with House of Toby for ease of travel. Definitely would use this service again - should the situation arise. Short walk to Eurostar train station.
