Great location- 5 minutes from the beach and also town centre. Ease of process- staff were very friendly and helpful But on Stasher website- it states to “take a photo of your bag in the storage room “- I expressed this and staff were very supportive of explaining that bags at this Premier inn are stored in a room with a staff member always present but also has documentation and security screens and so Photographs are Not Allowed- absolutely understandable….. I felt my bag was very secure. Take a photo anyway as on collecting it’s easier for the staff to see your photo and identify your bags/suitcases quickly . Would definitely use this service again and share with friends

Very helpful - particularly that I mistakenly booked the wrong date, and they put it right for me, refunded the money, no problem
