Good, the overall storage process is smooth. It’s easy to search a host which fit with my location. The address is precise so it’s easy to find for travelers. Also the operation time of host is flexible so I can store and pick up my luggage anytime.

The booking is easy to make and very clear.

It would be great if you could allow changing drop-off/pick-up time after booking, or at least let users know how flexible they are with the time.
