Very easy from Terminal 4 Heathrow, Premier Inn. The coffee is good at the Costa coffee shop too after drop off and pickup.

The man at the store was very patient with me when I wasn't sure what to do. When I went to pick my case up, I was panicking, I had got the train time wrong. He saw to me first, even though there was a queue. The staff were fast, efficient, and friendly 😍
