Easy to book and find, near our apartment and metro station. Pricey at over £5 per item, but the convenience outweighs it, I guess. Would use again.

Easy to book using the app

After my first booking was cancelled, I opted for the Toon Tech shop because it was close to the station. It couldn’t have been easier. I dropped my case off and had a lovely day in Newcastle, then went back at the chosen time and retrieved it. Simple!

Easy drop-off, and our bags were stored securely out of sight. The staff were happy for us to leave them for either a few hours or the whole day, which was very convenient. The location was perfect too - directly opposite Sake at The Rocks, where we had lunch. A great, hassle-free service that I'd happily use again. Thank you!
