First time user. Bit skeptics at first but process was quite simple and reviews and information on website was great.

We checked in three large luggage and three smaller carryon baggage. Pure Convenience Hobson were able to store our baggage from 11am to 7pm (we were 10 mins late picking up). They didn’t seem to mind we were a little late. It was a very easy process. Friendly and prompt service. This place is good for those who have later flights and have to check out of hotel that same day. Our flight was at 10:30pm. So Pure Convenience provided us with the ability to store our heavy and many bags until we were ready to head to the airport that evening. I recommend them to anyone who needs to store their luggage longer than the competing facilities that close at 6pm or sooner.
