Great way to store bags while traveling if it’s not convenient to store at the hotel. The app is easy to use and the prices are good for the service.

Really easy to use, safe, secure and extremely clean. Well signposted and the staff were there if there were any problems. It would be difficult to use if you didn't have a mobile phone (my partner doesn't use one) or if you were a wheelchair user. I didn't see any accessible lockers; perhaps there were some, which would be easy to provide. It's infantilising and frustrating for people always having to ask others to do things for them.

I really liked being able to leave my things at this hostel! It was convenient — I booked the service online and paid. Convenient location. They operate 24/7. I arrived at the right time. No queues. Such nice reception staff; they printed the documents I needed for free. Many thanks! I recommend it.
