Simple, quick, reliable, worth the money

First time learning about Stasher and booking our baggage storage. Worked out great so we could spend the rest of the day in Auckland without worrying about our baggage. Reasonable prices, easy to book online and secure location near our AirBNB.

Easy to find, close to the station. Drop-off and pick-up were even easier.

Watch out because the cheapest bag option can illogically appear at the bottom of the size list, after the largest bag. Otherwise simple. Double-check the location you're booking is where you think it is. Time could be clearer, e.g. "7am to Sunday" — make the exact hours of operation clearer.

I booked online in advance. On the day, the whole process was smooth and quick, both when dropping off my bag and when collecting it. Certainly a service I would recommend and use again!

Great experience overall. I had a small hiccup when I couldn’t find my QR code, but the staff worked with me and got everything sorted out quickly. I was a little nervous at first since my bag had all my Boston Marathon gear in it and I had other commitments in the city and it couldn't come with me, but everything turned out perfectly. Would definitely recommend!
