The Premier Inn staff at 121-123 Princes Street were amazing, so helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond when we needed help with a broken suitcase that an airline broke.

Perfect. Wasn't sure what to expect, with no receipt for bag, but it worked with a photo of my bag. Other people used the same place at the same time, so reassuring.

Very convenient walk from the Temple Mead train station. Quick and easy to drop off and retrieve luggage so that we could explore Bristol without having to lug around baggage. Highly recommend.
