Very close to Kings Cross, easy to store, secure room. Friendly people, open late, excellent place to leave bag when catching a late train from Kings Cross.

intuitive and easy-to-use application, we can easily find all the luggage drop-off points. I would only add the ability to "extend" the drop-off duration, which cannot be done through the app or with the hotel.

Efficient easy app and good price

Storing our luggage in the Shakespeare Hotel near Paddington Station was without any problems. The luggage was put in a separate room which was locker. Retrieving our luggage with the identification tags was also straightforward.

We were limited to 1 suitcase on our tour so had to find somewhere to store a suitcase for 4 days. Stacher provided the solution mapping the location of providers in relation to our accommodation, cost was reasonable and we were able to collect with ease. Will use again.
