I had a fantastic experience here! The location is super convenient—situated on Level 1 inside the Spencer Street Outlet Centre, making it really easy to find while shopping. Chula was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. On top of that, the prices are great, so you really feel like you're getting excellent value.
Good location, worked very well for us and staff were very friendly. The system worked well with our advance booking and we felt our bags were looked after and securely stored behind reception which was manned the whole time. Would recommend.
Close to tram station and easy walk to Southern Cross Station.
Much cheaper if online booking is done so better to book via this site. The attendant was Chinese and was still learning English so this breaks the language barrier dilemna since the booking is already reflected in their system. Thank you!
Left our 4 bags of luggage at Spencer Street outlets shopping centre at Southern Cross station. The friendly lady shored us that all 4 bags were safe and when we returned she promptly retrieved our bags in minutes. We are extremely grateful for such a convient location to city and transport.
