It was the type where you leave your luggage in a parcel locker. A carry-on sized suitcase fit without problems, but a checked-baggage size might not fit. Also, you have to use the topmost compartment of the locker, so lifting heavy luggage was a bit difficult.
Good location but the staff at the hostel were a bit rude. When we were picking up the bags the girl was claiming we were told to take pictures of the bag and she won’t give them to us otherwise. She didn’t want to see the reference etc. fortunately I did take the picture for myself so we were given our bags.
First time that I used this service and it worked very well! Easy to book, drop-off and pick-up of bags went smoothly. Will definitely use the service again if needed.

The locker was in a hostel. They were very quick and helpful. When picking our bags up there was a big queue of people checking in. Luckily we managed to bypass them and get the key for our bags.
