Handy hotel within easy walking distance of Borough and London Bridge stations. Set back off the road, but easy to find as there’s a Premier Inn sign on the corner. Dropped bag off, which was securely stored in their luggage room. Picked up the next day. There’s usually a member of staff around either at the checkin area or in the cafe.

The reception at the Alhambra Hotel is very friendly. Despite the booking error, we were still able to leave our luggage there. Moreover, it was at a lower price than the one offered by the platform.

Helpful staff. The storage location was in the basement, down some very steep metal stairs, which we would have struggled with due to weight of our cases and knee injury. Staff carried our luggage up and down for us on request.
