Loved it. Very professional staff and convenient to the Vieux port. They had a system in place and gave me a claim ticket for my bag. Both times there was a slight queue at the reception desk but as long as you are willing to wait patiently it is well.
Very convenient to Marseille St. Charles station. Staff were friendly, kind, and helpful! Most spoke French but one spoke English (thankfully we spoke both), so it was a very comfortable experience.

There was a bit of confusion about the pick-up time at drop-off despite showing the booking on the app. Seemed like it was more for that staff member's shift timings. On pick-up, I was asked for a number which I wasn't given, however the luggage was located with no issue.
