Close to Paddington station and easy enough to find. Polite staff at the convenience store - the bags we left were photographed and then taken 'out the back' for the duration. Collected again with no issues. Would use this Stasher again and would recommend to everyone, too.

Everything was perfect. The shop assistant was very friendly. The only problem was that it was quite difficult for us to find the place.
The receptionist who I think was training didn’t know what Stasher was and was a bit confused but a gent who looked like the manager came straight out after overhearing and checked in my bag quickly. Polite friendly and close to the airport so worked well when I needed to fly Ryanair for 24 hours and leave a case behind temporarily. They asked for confirmation number which doesn’t appear anywhere on the app - hopefully more familiar with these bookings next time as would definitely use again
