Great service from the staff and no problem dropping or collecting bags. Would have given five stars, however downgraded to 4 as no one took my name or checked my booking - was left feeling that I probably could have just left it there for noting if I'd said I had stayed at the hotel. Also a busy luggage room with no obvious form of tagging bags to check who is dropping off or collecting what so felt the security of our bags could have been better.

Quick, easy and we were given a tag of which one half was fastened to our bag. We handed the tag back on our return and of course this matched up with our bag that was safely locked away. I would use again without hesitation. The gentleman working at the hotel also let us use the toilets there too.

Small delay in delivery because we had to wait for there to be no customers for the supermarket to close and accompany us to leave the bags in the basement. Luggage pickup without problems.

Easy drop off and collection. The venue is 10 to 15 min walk from Canterbury West station and 5 mins from the bus station/Whitefriars. There is the option of taking a taxi from the station. An hourly Uni bus goes from this station to the bus station; which reduces walking time with heavy luggage. There are stairs/lift at the venue up to the reception. If leaving luggage in the morning/early afternoon you will need to find a member of staff as the reception desk is unmanned.
