   Staff at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. 4 mins walk to the railway station. Perfect!

  The hotel was easy to find/get to. Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and when I came back for pick up. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, good price and central location!

  Great service.   Across the road from St Pancras. On late train and had checked out on my hotel so able to do other things know my bag was  safe.  Now aware of the service. Will use again.

  Amazing location for us to store our bags whilst we adventured. It would have been 5 stars but we were spoken to very rudely. We were greeted at the entrance by a man who asked us to go to the back of the shop to meet someone who would help with our bags. We were waiting for a few minutes so two in our party took the opportunity to open their bags quickly to put away gloves, scarfs, extra layers etc as it was much warmer than we expected. At this point the new man arrived and we were rudely and repeatedly shouted at “you cannot open your bags in the shop”. I suggest if this is the policy here then they need some signage or a note on the booking confirmation. Other than that I would use again and recommend to others.

  Easy to find the cafe from the station. We had booked to store luggage from 8am but the cafe opens at 9am. They did take our luggage but seemed quite put out so be aware to check opening times!  Luggage stored in a store room in the main cafe area. There is a turning lock on the door but we were a bit concerned there was not acknowledgment of which bags were ours, so does work on a trust basis. Was all fine and staff were very friendly on pick up.

  It was really difficult to take back my luggage all the luggage of all travelers was storage under the stairs

  Bit of a queue at Premier Inn but nothing major. Otherwise all good.
