Very easy to find using directions from the app. Friendly staff. The staff took us upstairs to the lockers, you take a photo of your cases in the the locker and one of it locked which you show on return to get your cases. Few minutes walk from Rialto Bridge Alilaguna stop.
Just off Salizada Santa Fosca, the main route through Venice between the train station and Rialto/San Marco so really convenient and easy to find. We used it to drop bags off before heading to Fondamente Nove so we could have a few extra hours before heading off to the airport. It's about 10 minutes walk from Hotel Tintoretto to the alilaguna stop for the airport and 15 mins walk to the railway station.
Even the welcome was very friendly in the centrally located hotel. We were allowed to put the suitcases in an adjoining room. Everything makes a very trusting impression. We were even offered the use of the toilet on the first floor of the hotel. Thanks so much.

The room we stashed our luggage in was behind the check in desk ant the hotel. There was no check in / check out process. I felt slightly uneasy about leaving my things. But everything was as we left Iit when we picked it up hours later. Easy drop off pick up. And the hotel was very helpful and kind in helping us navigate the water taxi and directions to our flat.

If you are arriving with luggage, the simplest approach by water is the Accademia vaporetto stop, about a five-minute walk from the entrance. ACTV lines 1 and 2 both serve Accademia, and line 1 also stops at Salute, which is roughly the same five-minute walk away.
