Getting from the airport to Mexico City

Metrobús Line 4 is the designated rapid transit link from Terminals 1 and 2 into the city centre, reaching the Centro Histórico and Paseo de la Reforma faster than any other public option. A one-way fare costs MXN 30.00, and buses run from 04:30 to midnight Monday to Saturday, starting at 05:00 on Sundays and holidays. For liquids, gels, and aerosols in your carry-on, each container must hold no more than 100 ml, and all of them together need to fit inside one resealable, transparent plastic bag of at most 1 litre. Day trips from the airport with bags

Condesa has no luggage storage run by the transport authority or neighbourhood council, so a day trip there works better once you've left bags elsewhere. Centro Histórico similarly has no official storage or cloakroom designated by tourism or city authorities within the neighbourhood itself. The Zócalo, Allende, and Bellas Artes metro stations are the most convenient stops for reaching the main attractions in Centro Histórico. Coyoacán is reached most easily from Coyoacán station or Viveros/Derechos Humanos station, both on Line 3.
