The location was a small local business (Google Maps indicated a different location, so it took me a while to find it). The person who helped me and took my bags was very friendly, although the person who was there when I went to pick them up wasn't so friendly.

Nice area, little bit cramped only 1 person could be in there at a time to get their things but no fault of their own. Great idea and it means if you leave later than the check-out time and are waiting for trains you can store your luggage rather than having to drag it around with you all day
