Everything is great! Each suitcase received a tag with a number. You have to photograph the suitcases and the numbers and show them at pickup. With these pictures, you will get the suitcases. So be careful that the battery doesn't run out!

Booking service was fast and easy to use with plenty of drop off points to choose from. Drop off point easy to find from directions in confirmation email and service at drop off point was good. Only point which kept me from giving 5 stars is that I was asked to pay extra due to being 15 mins late to collect my case😊
