Friendly, efficient staff and excellent city-center location convenient to Stockholm Central Station. As this is a desirable luggage storage site serving several companies, be aware that there is often a long single queue to drop off/collect luggage from the narrow subterranean space. Plan for waits of up to 20 minutes to drop-off or collect luggage rather than cutting your timing too close. When collecting my own luggage, I was initially given two different tote bags that were not mine but had apparently been stored on top of my suitcases during the day. I declined those full (and wide open!) tote bags, which I recognized as belonging to two other customers who had been ahead of me in the queue earlier in the day. I hope they got them in the end.

Great location near Stockton Central Station. Clean shop & friendly employees. The only downside is the shop is down a long flight of stairs. If you have heavy bags or limited mobility this is not very accessible. If you don't mind stairs it is a great option.

Easy to find and just 5 mins from the central station. For us everything worked as intended. Much more convenient than the tiny expensive boxes at the station, especially if you travel with a backpack or skies.
