It was easy to book online and I had email contact from the company prior to booking which was helpful. Dread lock guy took our bags and gave us the slip of paper. A cheeful lady returned them to us 2 hours later. I think that £4 per bag per day is very good but it is a bit steep if you want to just leave bags for a couple of hours (we had 2) however it's a good service.
