Good location, further from station than listed.  More than a 7 min walk, and I walk a lot!

Holiday Inn Express has a dedicated luggage room that is locked and only accessible through reception.  We left our bags knowing it would be securely stored. When we returned we just showed them a photo of our ticket stub and received the luggage within minutes. A perfect way to store luggage and still enjoy sightseeing before taking the evening train home.

Perfect location when travelling to/from Bristol Temple Meads station - at the bottom of the station concourse. Met by a very friendly member of staff who quickly booked in our baggage. Collection was really easy too. Highly recommend.

Luggage storage at Cabot Circus

Luggage can feel like an anchor when you're trying to browse the shops at Cabot Circus, especially if you've come straight from the train or are heading to a gig afterwards.

The O2 Academy Bristol has no storage for large bags, which it bans, and Bristol Cathedral has no left-luggage facility at all. Cabot Circus itself is easy to reach and move around, though, whether you arrive from Bristol Temple Meads or by the m2 metrobus. The development also includes a cinema and a hotel, so you can plan a longer visit without needing to carry your bags between activities. Families can make a day of it here with activities like mini-golf and bowling alongside the shopping and dining. You may encounter random bag searches at the entrances as part of the centre's security procedures. There is no clear-bag rule for visitors entering the shopping centre. Bristol Temple Meads station itself has no left-luggage facility, so you'll need to arrange storage before arriving if you plan to shop. The centre is about a 15-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station. With Stasher, you can store bags from £1.49 per bag per day at 10+ locations near Cabot Circus.

Getting to Cabot Circus with luggage

Bristol Temple Meads is the nearest train station, with walking routes to the entrance taking anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes depending on your pace and route. The M2 metrobus also runs directly to the shopping area, and the Cabot Circus and Bristol Cabot Circus S4 bus stops are both a 2-minute walk away. Once you're inside, a public lift opposite House of Fraser on Concorde Street links the Ground Floor, Upper Ground Floor and Level 1, which helps if you're carrying more than you'd like.

Planning your visit and nearby bag rules

The centre's shops open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while most restaurants and bars stay open until at least 9:00 PM. If your day includes Bristol Cathedral, keep everything with you — it has no luggage storage or cloakroom. At O2 Academy Bristol, only one small bag per person is allowed, no bigger than A4 size, and large bags including rucksacks are not allowed at all. The venue's site also mentions a first-floor cloakroom with a small per-item fee, but that doesn't change the ban on large bags including rucksacks, so travellers with anything bigger than A4 size will need to find storage before arriving. The O2 Academy Bristol has a first-floor cloakroom available for visitors.
