Great service. Ideal for say trips into the city center and not wanting to carry around bags or heavy luggage. Or an electric skateboard in my case.

It was straightforward to drop off and pick up our bags at Premier Inn. They were labelled and taken to a safe place out of reception and were safe while we were out.

Very close to Bristol Temple Meads station so convenient. Staff quickly received bags and advised on photo of the tags. Took a long time to answer the door when we returned to collect. We had to ring the bell 3 or 4 times before they let us in! A queue had formed on the pavement of people waiting to go into the hotel🤷🏼‍♀️
