The Queen hotel in Chester is maybe not the best place to leave luggage especially if you are on a tight time schedule. There were lengthy queues both on arrival and pick up. Mixture of hotel guests and Stasher customers. Only 2 staff on reception and not very quick so if you're going to catch a train across the road, I suggest you leave ample time to collect your luggage.
