Premier Inn was a convenient location for us to store our bags while we spent the day exploring Southampton after disembarking our cruise and prior to our late night flight out of London. The office person was very helpful in logging us into the facility, and when we needed to leave with our bags later, another office person helped us to find a taxi. Such a simple service! The only minor negative was that there were 4 steps outside the building that made it harder to access with our heavy bags.
